Join RPI EcoEd and Arts Phd student Maria Michails in Albany's South End for food, activities for kids, an exhibit of work done in the Tinker Space After-School Program at Ezra Prentice, and a neighborhood walk with the Air Quality Rovers built by kids in the program (accompanied by New York State Department of Environmental Conservation scientist Brian Frank) Air Quality Rovers are repurposed remote control toy trucks that monitor temp/humidity and air particulates. Saturday, they will be taken on a walk around the Ezra Prentice neighborhood (near Albany's port, NY 787, and other pollution sources).
